Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Lee Morgan “Sextet” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 1541. The flat rim playing surface is in MINT condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. Both labels are stamped “FOR PROMOTION”. The Lexington Ave. frame cover is clean and bright throughout; very light small area of foxing at the bottom of the back slick; 3/8” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening. Personnel include Hank Mobley, Kenny Rodgers, Horace Silver, Paul Chambers, and Charlie Persip. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL.
