CONDITION
Disc
Labels: NEAR MINT
A pristine set with only 2 light spindle marks to each centre hole.
Visual: MINT
This disc appears here in the same condition as it left the shops 43 years ago. Both surfaces are immaculate and totally unmarked both in strong daylight AND directly beneath my unforgiving under halogen light. You won't find better.
Play: NEAR MINT
All tracks play 'as new' and with that essential 'breath of life' missing from the mono and other susequent stereo re-cuts. My careful play-check found no evidence of groovewear, background noise or indeed any other trace of audible wear throughout. One to keep and really enjoy.
Cover
EXCELLENT
A respectable example of this fragile cover. The delicate front leaf is clean & glossy but bears the cover's only major blemish - a crease to the upper right corner. The rear panel is bright & glossy with no ringwear or damage to the upper or lower right corners. Inside is clean & black where it should be with no rubbing, marks or writing. There is a small stress to the top of the inside hinge but this is not torn through. All seams and the spine are smooth, intact and undamaged.
Inner-sleeve
NEAR MINT
Clean & crisp with just the inevitable light disc impression but no splits, tears or writing.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
- Please take a look at my About Me page for more details.
