THIS IS THE FIRST PRESSING OF NICK DRAKE’S “FIVE LEAVES LEFT” LP AND IS SERIOUSLY RARE IN THIS CONDITION! THIS WAS THE FIRST NICK DRAKE LP AND IS THE 1969 FIRST UK PRESSING IN BRILLIANT CONDITION. FINDING NICK DRAKE’S FIRST LP IN THIS CONDITION IS VERY VERY RARE INDEED!  THE GATEFOLD COVER IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION FOR ITS AGE.  DONT MISS THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!

The Catalogue Number is ILPS 9105 on the ORIGINAL pink Island label with the black ‘circle’ logo (see picture) and is a stereo UK first pressing with matrix numbers ILPS 9105 A//2 and ILPS 9105 B//2.

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see picture) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY light spindle marks. THIS RECORD HAS HARDLY BEEN PLAYED AND THEN ONLY ON TOP QUALITY HI-FI EQUIPMENT. The vinyl is in SUPERB condition with NO scratches, NO scuff marks and NO signs of wear. THE RECORD STILL RETAINS EVERY BIT OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK! The record sounds as STUNNING as the visual! It plays with CRYSTAL CLEAR UNDISTORTED SOUND, NO pops, NO sticking, NO groovewear, NO jumps, and NO crackle! The record must grade MINT-  if not MINT and plays SUPERBLY with ZERO DISTORTION! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way! Brilliant!!

The Ernest .J. Day gatefold cover is in OUTSTANDING condition! It has only VERY slight edge wear, NO wear to spine, only VERY minimal rubbing  to the front cover (on the green background), the back cover has NO rubbing, there are only a VERY few LIGHT creases (cover is still flat looking), only slight corner wear, ZERO ringwear, and NO writing. There are two small adjacent price stickers near the top right corner of the front cover (see picture). The opening edges are straight with only SLIGHT edge wear! The unlaminated inside gatefold is in STUNNING condition with only VERY MINIMAL rubbing, NO ringwear, NO writing, NO yellowing and NO grubbyness! The inner gatefold has the rare ‘Sundown’ mistitle for the lyrics of  ‘Three Hours’. The cover must grade EXCELLENT if not better! Amazing for its age! 

THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE STEREO UK 1ST PRESSING AND VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION! DONT MISS OUT!

For packaging I use strong record boxes with extra stiffeners to stop damage and bends to the cover. All LPs are sent out with the record packed separately from the original cover to stop splits and damage to the cover.
