Description

This is the rare original dee-groove RVG Stereo-stamped “P”-pressing of Jackie McLean “New Soil” on the West 63rd St. labels of Blue Note BST 84013. The playing surface is in exceptional condition, with just a single inaudible hairline; nice luster, perhaps played once or twice. The laminated West 63rd St. cover is bright and clean throughout and has the briefly used Blue Note logo in the upper left corner; ¼” wear at the lower right corner; ¾” lamination break on the bottom seam, at the opening.
