Description

This is the RVG-stamped “P”-pressing (no deep groove) of Jackie Mclean “Jackie’s Bag” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4051.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; however, there is a small discoloration near the beginning of Side 1 that creates six tics.  The laminated New York 23 cover, with the serif font on the back slick, is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; the back slick has light age toning around the edges and a store sticker at the lower right corner. Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Donald Byrd, Tina Brooks, Sonny Clark, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. $150.00
