Description

Nice HMV MODEL 102 PORTABLE GRAMAPHONE in Blue Rexine Case.  No 5A sound box in working order. Plays 1.3 records on 1 Wind.

Case in nice condition. Some minor surface rust starting to appear on front clip top.  Minor  " THUMPING" FROM MAIN SRING during

 playing of record, surgests  "COWGREASE" HARDENED over time, on mainspring. This can be treated by Qualified Gramaphone Engineer.

  Cure is complete removal of main spring, and cleaned.

There are a few shot-cut methods, but don't attempt this. The machine plays well, and using it helps to restore its function.

Other wise machine in VGC.  It had been stored in a cupboard most of its life.  Sold as described.   10KG. WEIGHT.
