Gramaphone Record Smallest Functional Example 1924 HMV

This gramophone record measures 1 and 3/8th ins or 3.5cms. It apparently plays God Save the KIng and was produced by HMV in 1924. It was presumably for the British Empire Exhibition. There were only 250 made so this must be rare and a desirable item for a media collection.
Condition:- Good.
