Rare and hard to find private pressing on Thule Records released in 1970
Those Old Records is a UK based independent vinyl only record label and shop based in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We stock a wide range of Folk/Acid Folk/Blues/Jazz, Rock, Reggae and more. We also have our own record label.

Mono pressing
Vinyl: Nr MINT throughout - an immaculate copy that lies perfectly flat on the deck. No imperfections whatsoever. Housed in a new lined inner.
Sleeve: Laminated flipback sleeve in VG+ to Ex condition. There is creasing to the front top right hand side and to the bottom.No pen marks or tears. The spine is clearly readable with no cracking damage. All edges and corners are intact and sharp.

The only vinyl record release by FOLKUS came out on THULE RECORDS in 1970. The album was recorded live at Edinburgh Chaplaincy on 25 April 1970. The band consisted of Valerie Service - Vocals; Simon Skey, Tom Blaszkowicz and James Gould. Musically this record is very reniniscent of early Fairport Convention, with vocals similar to Sandy Denny. Indeed, "Who Knows Where The Time Goes" is very close to being as good as the original. This album will appeal to anyone into XIAN folk/acid/flower power music. A rare find and highly recommended.
