Blondie – Parallel Lines Vinyl LP Chrysalis CHR 1192 in Cellophane- 1978 Version. Gently Used.
This is a classic album with many nostalgic hit singles! This record is in VG+/EXC condition. There are no skips and the record sounds great with the exception of a very low-level crackle that is present in only a few songs and is mostly audible between songs, mostly on Side 2. There were a few small pops noted in one song that lasted for a couple of seconds and then stopped. Overall the record plays great and it is enjoyable to listen to! Visibly, the record looks very good with no major scratch marks and only minor visible wear due to normal record usage. The record labels are clean and are fully intact.
The outer jacket is in excellent condition and is covered in original cellophane which has protected the cover greatly with the only exception being a couple of SLIGHTLY frayed corners (see photos). Otherwise the cover is clean and the spine shows all the info clearly. There is a sticker on the outer plastic from the store where the record was purchased.
The inner sleeve is the original and it has the lyrics printed on it and they are all clear. The sides of the paper have significant side splits on each side and they may need to be taped at some point. I will leave that up to the buyer to decide but wanted to note that issue.
Overall this rare 1978 pressing is in great shape and would be a nice addition to any record collection.
