Hi, this is a 40 year old new/still sealed copy of Blondie's 1978 album "Parallel Lines".  It is a limited edition first/original press picture disc, and not a re-issue.  Very little shelf wear and has been very well cared for, with the only issue with shrink wrap is a slight tear on the lower center on back(see pic).  Other than that, this thing is pristine and gorgeous and vinyl is presumably mint given that it has never been opened.  But it is almost too pretty to play.  Pics are of actual record you would receive, thanks for looking.  Here is a track list for this:
