Beatles Why/Cry For A Shadow US MGM K13227 7" Promo 45 Near Mint!
Guaranteed 100% original US pressing of The Beatles Why/Cry For A Shadow 7" promotional 45 with original MGM sleeve.
This is a very rare promotional 45 with special labels distributed to record companies and their disc jockeys for radio use only. These specially designated promotional copies were pressed in very limited quantities and never intended for sale to the public. The A-side of this single, "Why", was recorded by The Beatles with the English singer Tony Sheridan. The B-side is an original John Lennon/George Harrison instrumental composition. Both of these tracks were recorded in Hamburg, Germany in 1961 prior to the The Beatles' meteoric rise to fame.

Condition:
Labels (NM/NM): The labels look spectacular. Super clean. The A-side label is flawless. The B-side label has a black X in marker. There are NO glue marks and NO stickers or sticker glue.
Disc (NM/NM): The disc looks super glossy, pristine and almost unplayed. NO scratches and NO scuffs. The disc is completely flat (NO warping).
Sleeve: The MGM stock sleeve is near mint.

Grading: We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype.
Shipping:
Packaging: All items are professionally packaged with the highest quality materials available for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. All vinyl will be in either poly-lined or plain sleeves and outside of their original jackets. We do not store records in their original sleeves.
Shipping charges for vinyl discs, posters and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!
- Still sealed items cannot be returned unless they are still sealed. No exceptions.
