Up for auction is the LEGENDARY single by THE SPADES. It is the original version of YOU'RE GONNA MISS ME / WE SELL SOUL, later by the THIRTEENTH FLOOR ELEVATORS. This is Roky Erickson's first single. A Holy Grail for sure. The last copy that sold was $1300 +. This is an original silver lable copy. Zero C-10002A. The dead wax indicates the same (C10002A TSS 651118B and C10002B TSS 651119A). The label shows minor wear. WOL on the We Sell Soul side. The vinyl grades at Good but plays VG. Surface noise is present but the music is much louder. The beginning of We Sell Soul sounds the noisiest, A number of ticks can be heard at the beginning of that side. Visually it looks Good, scuffs and light scratches can be seen. it appears as if it was kept without a sleeve. Nevertheless this is THE garage single.
