I am currently downsizing some of my collection, starting with a cracking bunch of acetates which I have been collecting for many years, I will add part sound clips to them so that you can hear what you are getting for your money!. Please check my other listings as some of the records will be sold via ebay.com which is the USA site and will not show in the UK sections!. Acetates are generally considered to be the first part of the production stage for records and only a few copys are produced! Many of these will have been lost/destroyed etc so this is where you can find a super rare one off item to add to your collection. Good Luck.

The first Acetate I am listing has two different artists. I have found in the past that quite often an acetate has one side recorded by a group/artist it may then be re-used at a later date by a different group/artist...This is the case with this Acetate. The Side with the Emidisc label has a track called The Sun Goes Down (Hear Clip) This is a great track by a late 60s group possibly early 70s (but I don't think so) great sounds with organ, vocals and flashes of guitar! (any idea who this is ??) the other side has no label and plays at 33-1/3 rpm and has 2 tracks sounding much earlier more like 1964/65, An unknown R&B beat group with great organ break on track 2 (Sound Clip) Possibly called Move It!... Track 2 (no sound clip) is ok but not great!... Track 1 sounds like a raw Georgie Fame or Gary Walker!! (Well you know!) any ideas ?....
