I recently had the good fortune to buy the collection of the company director of the Australian label, Regular Records, including the entire Regular Records Archives...and this was within that collection.

ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING? Yes...first and only...and a beautiful copy too .
Indeed, a super-rarePROMOTIONAL-ONLY release...same song on both sides...second side just has plain white label stamped with "SPECIAL DISCO MIX" (as per stamp on 'A' side)...the company director told me they made literally 50 ONLY of this, and they only kept this very one in their archive...all others were sent to radio, bar a couple given to club DJs at the time.
CONDITION:
COVER: never in pic sleeve...only ever existed in the plain white die-cut paper sleeve it was delivered in from the pressing plant, with its inner plastic bag...
VINYL: (MINT)...as shiny and pristine as the day it left that very pressing plant...never played even...
LABELS: (Side One: MINT / Side Two: MINT)...
