Description
Van Halen - "Balance" Vinyl LP.
Original 1995 European-issue 12-track LP on Warner Brothers Records. (Made In Germany).
Complete with the original photo/lyrics inner sleeve.
Van Halen's 10th studio album, the last with Sammy Hagar as Vocalist.
Hagar and Bass player Michael Anthony now play in Chickenfoot with Jo Satriani.
Top Vinyl, Nice Sleeve (see detailed gradings below).
Hard-to-find now, Not too many of these were originally pressed...
Catalog Number - 9362-45863-1.

Condition :-
Vinyl - EX
- All pretty much clean and unmarked. Virtually no sign of any play or handling.
- Tiny "pit" (minor imperfection) in the pressing on Side 1 Track 4 ("Amsterdam") - not affecting play.
Sleeve - EX Minus
- No sticker marks or writing, No ringwear, No edge or corner wear, No splits.
- A couple of lightly rubbed spots on the spine.
- A light surface crease near the top left corner.
- Just very light general handling/storage marks.
Inner Sleeve - VG Plus
- No sticker marks or writing, No ringwear.
- Small (4cm) split in the centre of the bottom edge.
- Just very light general handling/storage marks.
Labels - EX Plus
- Clean and unmarked. No wear, writing or sticker marks. No fading. No spindle marks.

Despatch and Packing :-
All items are normally posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Where payment is by Cheque (or Paypal's eCheque), items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
Purpose-designed mailing/packaging materials will be used.
Your record(s) will be well protected against the rigours of normal handling/shipping, including getting wet in the rain!
All records are packed outside of their main packaging (in a new plain inner where necessary), to avoid sleeve splits in transit.
Gradings :-
I use the UK "Record Collector Magazine" grading system for vinyl.
