I’M SELLING A BIG PART OF MY 30 YEARS COLLECTION OF 60’s AND 70’s PROG,PSYCH AND FOLK LPs..BOUGHT MOST OF THEM VERY NEAR NEW (MANY OF THEM NEW),ALL HAVE BEEN PROPERLY STORED AND KEPT IN PLASTIC SLEEVES IN A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT AWAY FROM SUNSHINE ALL THESE YEARS-NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER BEEN TO PARTIES OR LENT TO ANYONE ( I NEVER TRUSTED ANYONE WITH MY RECORDS !!) ,MOST OF THEM HAD ONLY A HANDFUL OF PLAYS SINCE I ALWAYS MADE TAPE AND CD COPIES OF MY LPs..I’VE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY PICKY AND FUSSY ABOUT CONDITIONS,SO YOU WON’T FIND ANY ABUSED LP’s HERE WITH NASTY SCRATCHES..

Original first UK pressing of timeless folk rarity,  TEXTURED fold-out poster cover, HEAVY vinyl and original swirl inner sleeve –… VERY early pr0m0 copy!!!!!

The last two copies sold for 780.00(VG+/EX+) and 762.00 ( it had 20 clicks at the start..)..This will be listed ONCE (now) and never again - if it doesn’t sell I’m very happy to keep it ..To find one in this condition again one would pretty much have to go back to a 1971 London record shop…

cover:  original  TEXTURED fold-out poster cover,superb  clean EX++/MINT- with few LIGHT creases,TINY amount of corner wear  …has been kept in a protective plastic sleeve since new so there’s hardly ANY signs of use on it at all....spine is PERFECTLY SQUARE and uncrushed with and  ALL the text clearly visible….opening edges are vice,clean and sharp….top and bottom edges are also extremely clean,there’s NO signs of wear at all…the ONLY flaw (even that is VERY SMALL and hard to see!!) is a TINY piece of clear tape on one of the edges INSIDE the cover, ONLY visible on the outside IF you know where to look for it.....no rips,tears,splits or any other damages....

record,visual: pressed on HEAVY vinyl (which is the evidence of the VERY FIRST pressing),…both sides are superb clean and have that „just pressed” shiny look that only UNPLAYED/BARELY played records have….easily grades a MINT- with few MICROSCOPIC hairlines visible under strong light ONLY.... .it still retains it’s beautiful original sheen and looks VERY NEAR NEW  !!

record,audio: I PLAYED THE ENTIRE RECORD FROM START TO END-THE AUDIO IS  GREAT WITH  CRYSTAL CLEAR AND VIBRANT SOUND WITHOUT ANY SINGS OF GROOVEWEAR,WITH  GREAT DELIVERY AND  STEREO IMAGE… ABSOLUTELY NO  POPS/CLICKS AT ALL,NEEDLESS TO SAY NO SKIPS,JUMPS OR STICKING EITHER…SOME EXTREMELY  LIGHT  BACKGROUND NOISE IN THE RUN-IN/RUN-OFF GROOVES BUT THAT’S ABOUT  ALL … THIS COPY HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR  MANY YEARS AND I HIGHLY DOUBT IT’S EVER BEEN   PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ON A „VPI” OR SIMILAR MACHINE-HOWEVER,EVEN WITHOUT BEING CLEANED THIS IS JUST ABOUT AS GOOD AS YOU’LL EVER FIND…

labels:  superb clean  nice and clean with 1-2  LIGHT  spindle hole marks …6360043 1Y//1  and 63660043 2Y//1  machine stamped matrix numbers, 1 1 and 1 1 2 mother stampers,earliest pressing ever...pr0m0 sticker on side A,no tears, or any other damages...

Gradings: I ALWAYS TRY TO DO MY BEST IN GIVING ACCURATE,HONEST AND VERY STRICT GRADINGS BY USING THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

I ALSO USE  PLUS (+) AND MINUS (-) IF THE CONDITION FALLS BETWEEN TWO GRADES.

VINYL WILL FIRST BE INSPECTED VISUALLY VERY CAREFULLY UNDER STRONG LIGHT, THEN WILL BE TESTPLAYED SKIPPING THROUGH EACH TRACK ON BOTH SIDES ( INCLUDING RUN-IN,RUN-OUT GROOVES AND THE SPACES BETWEEN TRACKS ) TO CHECK THE OVERALL PLAYBACK  QUALITY.

ALL TESTPLAYING IS DONE ON TOP QUALITY EQUIPMENT- LINN SONDEK WITH ITTOK TONEARM AND BENZ MICRO GLIDER S MOVING COIL CARTRIDGE,McINTOSH TUBE AMPMS AND AMT ESS HEIL SPEAKERS.

IN THE UNLIKELY CASE THAT YOU SHOULD BE UNHAPPY WITH MY GRADING/DESCRIPTION PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK-I’M SURE THAT WE CAN CLEAR OUT EVERY PROBLEM IN A KIND WAY!
