This is a highly collectable (Holy Grail) record and is offered as a 100% original First Press Vertigo Swirl. 

It is part of a recently acquired private collection and it's condition defies it's age. The records plays without fault and is fresh and bright as one would expect of a quality recording.


Cover

Original textured poster sleeve can only be described as NM or M- No tears or rips to the cover, only some miniscule creases at the corners (see pictures), Nothing to detract from it's superlative condition for an album that is not 'Brand-New"

 

Spine 

No tears or rips and the wording and catalogue number is blemish free.


Inner Sleeve

Original Vertigo Swirl Inner Sleeve showing slight discolouration in accordance with age, a few creases and a one inch split on the seam. Factory stamped with dates and numbers as expected. (see pictures)


Labels

Pristine condition (Both Sides) with very minimal spindle marking conversant with a record that has been very careful handled by it's one previous owner.


Disc

As it has been played, and although both sides are 'unmarked' it is not our practice to describe any used/second hand record as Mint. We have graded this as EXCELLENT Plus here are no jumps, skips, crackles or pops throughout playback and no surface noise, no loss or degeneration of sound quality (even in the quietest of passages)  We are confident this copy is as good as it gets, and this is the best example of this much sought after album currently available on open sale. 
This record is advertised elsewhere and may be removed from auction at any time before the listing is scheduled to end. It can be made available at our North Devon Shop for a private viewing by appointment.

RECORD GRADING
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. 
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
We Only List Records Graded Very Good+ or Better
All our Records are supplied with a Heavy Grade 'Collectors Quality' PVC Outer Sleeve and the record will be removed from its original inner sleeve and placed into a Spin Care Premium Japanese Hikari 12" Anti-Static Inner Vinyl Record Sleeve for posting.
