This NEAR MINT 1st UK STEREO pressing of their psychedelic opus dates from initial December 1967 release
On the deep-groove green, unboxed Decca label: TXS.103
Matrix numbers: ZAL-8126-T2-5K & ZAL-8127-T2-7K
The 'KT' purchase tax code is stamped into both run-outs
Stamper codes: 2/UK & 1/UH
Vinyl weight: 145g
Housed in an outer laminated, 'Robert Stace' printed gatefold stereo cover with 3-D front panel
This copy also comes complete with its red & white 'smoke' inner-sleeve

A clean & bright set showing only one or two barely visible spindle trails around each totally unworn centre hole

Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from one or two barely visible paper hairlines are unmarked both in strong daylight and directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. A tough copy to upgrade
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This well looked-after, barely played copy sounds clean, clear and unworn throughout with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion or other audible faults. All of the power and clarity of the stereo mix are retained and my single careful playcheck at volume detected nothing more than a touch of low-level vinyl background between tracks, but no clicks, pops or any other distractions.

A superb example of this lavish cover with an unscratched glossy front panel & an immaculate 3-D panel There is a touch of light shelfwear bruising to the corners but no trace of wear or damage to any of the exposed outer edges
Both panels of the striking inside of the gatefold are immaculate & unblemished
As with the front, the laminate on the rear is unscratched and unworn with no wrinkles or bends
The spine is clean & fully worded with no tears or damage to the ends

Clean, flat & uncreased with no splits or wear to any seam
