Trying to fathom out when a Studio One LP was pressed and where is like trying to decipher an ancient book. I can find no record of this having a rosette label anywhere else.........So here goes. The runout groove has SOL-1127 A whilst the label has SOL 5454B and Side One, the other side has SOL-1127 B....SOL 5454 A Side Two. So here side one is B and side two is A............See how confusing it gets? This is not a re-press or a re-issue, but when it was actually pressed who knows. I think that this label came into being in the early 1980's, so not an actual re-press, just a later pressing of the original. The label does list track one on side two as " Where Eagles Dwell" where the original label listed it as Eagle. The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with no scuffs or marks, both labels are clean and mark free. The outer sleeve has what look like a few tea/coffee stains along the top and run marks from the ink along the open side. The record plays very well with no pops or crackles and very little surface noise..........Side One has five vocal cuts and Side Two has five instrumental versions of the rhythms found on Side One, but not dubs of the vocal tracks.
