Here's a FACTORY SEALED ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING STEREO U.S. Monitor MPS(C) 607 LP, "Peak Impressions" by The Freeborne, issued in 1967! Psychedelic...fuzz...acid...call it what you will...this is ONE RARE...and GREAT...record! Yes...you are seeing this correctly...ORIGINAL FACTORY SEALED issue, with 2 "breathe holes" in the front shrink, right underneath the title (look at close up of top left corner, and you'll see one of the breathe holes under the RE of Impressions), and 2 "breathe holes" in the back, about 2 inches from bottom! Here are the details: 1. COVER: beautiful...no cuts, punches or drill marks, corners super crisp and sharp...stunning! Looks like the cover slick wasn't pasted down all the way (obviously under shrink)  at upper right corner, but that's not a defect! The white on the back cover is super clean & white! 2. SHRINK WRAP: quite clean overall, remarkably so for its age, with some occasional light signs of rubbing/wear. There is a small piece of shrink missing at lower right center of cover, perhaps 2" or less long, and less than 1" wide on average (check photos...right side neck below chin on BLUE center face) Above that, is a clean shrink "pull" (and subsequent clean tear in the very center of cover, irregularly shaped "flap" and perhaps 2.5 square inches total) Check photos...extremely minor issues, especially since this shrink is nice and snug around the edges and everywhere else...where it counts! 3. The PACKAGE: Nice and flat, has been stored properly, and IMAGINE FINDING A FACTORY SEALED ORIGINAL...this is a TOUGH LP to find PERIOD! We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have by email! This is ONE FOR THE ARCHIVES, so we've placed a VERY REASONABLE RESERVE for an LP of this scarcity. It is doubtful that another FACTORY SEALED 1st PRESSING ORIGINAL will turn up in the near...or distant...future! PLEASE NOTE: We will only ship this PRIORITY in the U.S., fully insured, and packaged so as to avoid corner damage, hence the higher cost of shipping!

Just to clarify, as we've had one inquiry, that this IS indeed a U.S. Monitor original issue, (NOT a counterfeit or Europressing), with old-style cover slicks, back and front, pasted on the cardboard. Since Monitor is a SMALL label, and this did NOT sell in large quantities, we are assuming that this is a first pressing, especially since we have never read, heard nor seen any information or evidence that there were subsequent pressings, nor have we ever seen this listed with any other distinction about pressing other than ORIGINAL U.S. Monitor! As always, we just want to be totally honest & candid in our assessment of this scarce LP!
