Description

AC/DC-Can I Sit Next To You, Girl/Rockin' In The Parlour(7" 45 r.p.m. vinyl single)(1974 Albert Productions/
Australia 7" 45 r.p.m. vinyl single): The very first record by this now-legendary band, with early singer DAVE
EVANS(pre-BON SCOTT)! I've seen copies sell for over $1,000 since 2012.

Here's my 9-point grading scale, which I use to grade covers(where applicable) & discs and which shouldn't be
confused with or compared to any other grading scale, since I developed it independent of other grading scales:

1 - A factory-sealed record that has never been opened & never been played. The cover & disc are like new.
2 - A record that was factory-sealed when I opened it to inspect it visually but did not play it. The cover & disc
are unplayed/like new.
3 - Nearly new; the cover and/or disc show only slight signs of use; played very little.
4 - The cover and/or disc are in excellent condition(meaning the exact literal dictionary definition of the word),
and should please everyone except those who want only records that are in new or like-new condition. The
cover and/or disc have little wear; any imperfections should affect the sound quality only in a minor way.
5 - Played often; visible wear and/or light surface marks or scuffs; maybe a passing bit of insignificant surface
or background noise in spots. The Cover looks satisfying, despite some wear.
6 - Obviously played a lot. Surface marks & pops/crackles, and/or light-to-moderate surface or back-ground noise,
which will be heard mainly between songs & during any soft parts; otherwise, the music should be heard above
such defects & the vinyl should play well enough to enjoy, with no major defects(unless you really dislike
such defects). The cover is noticeably worn.
7 - Bad condition; very worn; many heavier scuffs and/or scratches; while the record is playable, pops & crackles
and/or background or surface noise will dominate throughout. 8 - While still playable, the record may be unlistenable(at least if you want to enjoy it at all).
9 - Unplayable.

My grade for this AC/DC single: visually, the vinyl is a 6; audibly, both sides play a lot better than that.
Both of the labels are in beautiful, near-perfect condition, with no writing, spindle marks, or marks of any kind,
and as such, are each graded 3. The sleeve is a plain/generic white sleeve.

I guarantee that the item is in the condition described in this listing by offering a 100% money-back refund
(including all postage costs) if the buyer disagrees. The buyer must contact me within 7 days of receipt of the
item & the item must be returned in the same condition. Returns will not be accepted without my prior approval.

I've been selling records by mailorder worldwide since the 1980's, and I will ship this record--carefully packaged in a record mailer with protection inside around the record--worldwide:  $3 for postage & packaging via Media Mail in the U.S., or $4 for postage & packaging via Priority Mail(with tracking) in the U.S.(buyer's choice).    A minimal extra amount will be added for each additional record shipped in one mailer anywhere in the U.S.   Outside the U.S., I'll ship at cost for postage & packaging, per the buyer's instructions for any extras(registration, etc.).  In any case, tell me your preferred shipping method.  If anyone buys more than one record from my current listings, I will ship the records together in one mailer if I receive all payments within seven days of the end of my earliest auction.  Packages sent to countries other than the U.S.A. may be assessed customs fees by those countries; if you want to know if your country assesses such fees--and if so, what those fees are--contact your country's customs officials.  NOTE:   I travel to the Post Office to ship records only once per week, so packages may not be mailed until the end of the week FOLLOWING the week in which I receive payment, depending on which day of the week I receive payment.

If you'd like to see a list of 1980's non-mainstream/underground hard rock/heavy metal vinyl I have for sale(including a bunch of Ohio/Cleveland metal), contact me.
