All 3 records are in nice shape, this grade is a conservative average. There are a few moarks here and there which should not affect play too much if at all.

This is an obscure, locally recorded and pressed (New England) three record set of rock 'n' roll, which exhibits the influences of mainstream, progressive, Psychedelic, and socially activist bands of the day. Most of the words and music are written by Russell Pinkston. Other musicians include: Ken Aldrich, Ned Berndt, Ed Kistler, Peter Wonson, Bob Neale, Dom Puccio, Skip Truman and Jeffrey Wilkes. Other Notes: Dr. Russell Pinkston (DMA, Columbia University, 1984) is a Professor of Music Composition and Director of Electronic Music Studios at The University of Texas at Austin. He is active both as a composer and as a researcher in the field of computer music. His compositions span a wide range of different media, from concert works and sacred anthems to computer generated tape pieces and live electronic music for dance. While the primary focus of his research has been in developing software and hardware for real-time synthesis and digital signal processing, his numerous tutorials, example instruments, and user-interface software for Csound have also become renowned. His current research involving the use of interactive technologies for dance has recently received international attention, leading to interviews with CNN, CBCN and BBC News and a feature article in New Scientist Magazine. He is a founding member of SEAMUS, and a former member of the Board of the International Computer Music Association, as Regional Director for the Americas.

We will pack everything securely with quality packing materials and methods. This however does not preclude damage in every case. Insurance is recommended on all packages, as we cannot be responsible for any items damaged (or lost) in the mail. All buyers should purchase insurance (if available) for their security. If your uninsured package is lost/broken in the mail, we would feel terrible, but you would not get a refund. If an insured package is lost/broken, the buyer will collect on the insurance. Payment: Back to Top We will contact the winning bidder of each auction via email or send an invoice within 24 hours of the auction's end. Do not use any sort of "checkout" procedure.
We accept payment in the form of Cashier s Checks, Money Orders, Western Union BidPay, or CASH via secured mail. In most cases we accept PayPal. All payment must be in U.S. currency. We do not accept personal checks.

Refunds: Back to Top Refunds / Returns Our refund policy differs from item to item. In general, we will absolutely give full refunds INCLUDING the buyer s initial shipping costs in any case of factual mistakes, oversight, or accidental misrepresentation on our part. The buyer however must first return the item to us fully intact. No refund will be given for postal damage during shipment to, or returning from buyer (see SHIPPING/PACKING).
Refunds will not be given on the basis of subjective disagreements over the grading of an item. If we are not well versed in the grading of a particular type of item, we will let the images and facts we are sure of speak for themselves, and withhold as much as possible the subjective assessment of quality.
Note that certain items are sold as is with no returns / refunds. If this is the case it will be stated in the item description.

VINYL GRADING SYSTEM: We grade Records conservatively based on a system of 1-10 with pertinent notation. All grading is visual unless otherwise noted:

[10] is unopened and untouched.
[9] vinyl appears to be unplayed. Cover might show slight signs of handling.
[8] has a few light marks on lustreous vinyl which are assumed to produce little or no noise (visual inspection only). Cover has some signs of handling and/or age and maybe a mild version of one or two of the defects listed under 6 below.
[7] will show several light marks or scuffs or scratches, some of which will produce intermittent noise which may or may not be heard thru the music (visual inspection). Cover shows a few mild symptoms of the defects listed under 6 below.
[6] shows some general wear on vinyl including some loss of lustre and scuffs and light scratching. It is assumed that some of these marks will produce noise which can be heard thru the music. Overall this is still an enjoyable play. Cover will show some of the following: edge wear, small seam splits, ring wear, bent corners, creases, graphic blemishes.
[5] will show general scuffing and scratching on vinyl, with noise almost throughout yet playable (I will play grade these). Cover shows many aggravated symptoms of the defects listed under 6 above. 5 is the lowest I will sell for LP's, and only in cases of special interest or rarity. I WILL sell 45's in this condition and less.
