This is Tool's second album, Undertow. A very very ill album. This is a radio promo on clear vinyl, very rare and certainly no longer in print. The vinyl is in great condition, but the jacket has a "promo slice" in the top right corner, which is customary for radio stations. Other than that the jacket is in good condition.
