Always regarded as being one of the rarest LPs on the BEATLES APPLE Label. This was going to be released as "Accept no Substitute" on Apple but, before it could be released and, in fact, even before covers were made, the Electra label aquired the UK rights.
Just a few test pressings were made and this is one of them! It is, of course, a pressed vinyl album not an acetate and has the correct matrix number "sapcor7 A/ B" together with the original American Electra label number "EKS 74039". The black paper cover is one of those used by Apple and is, therefore, correct.
The condition of the record, labels and playing surfaces are 'near mint'.
These are rarely ever seen and this item represents a good opportunity to fill the gap in a collection of one of the world's most respected labels.
