Label: PERCEPTION RECORDS. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Labels are green and brown striped with black text. Catalog number is PLR 4.

Condition:
DISCS: EXCELLENT with full original gloss. Has been played a small number of times and handled with care. There are a couple slight hairline paper scuffs but no serious or audible marks or problems. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are clean. Hard to find this one in such nice shape!
JACKET: Gatefold jacket (non-laminated) is nice VG+ to VG++. Inner and outer panels show only a few very light traces of ring wear. Wear is a bit more pronounced along seams and at corners, and center of bottom seam is starting to split at the center, approximately 2 inches. The original owner neatly wrote his/her initials in blue felt pen at upper left corner on the reverse. Overall very presentable and nice.
