Description
Vinyl looks lightly played over the years and has no significant marks or signs of groove wear. However, the track Cosmo Earth Fantasy on Side A plays with a constant tick on every revolution for the fist minute or so during the quiet intro and then settles nicely. Side B plays and sounds great. Because of the ticks in the intro I’ve cautiously graded the vinyl as a strong VG.
The hand made sleeve has become very fragile with bits of the white card flaking off and there’s also signs of a seam split as well as extensive staining. It looks half finished but that’s only a hunch. Due to the fragility of the sleeve it is goldmine graded as Good only.
The labels are absolutely beautiful with one side made up of small mosaic pieces and the other side drawn! Typed info sheet still attached on the rear albeit a bit creased.. Please check out the pics to get a full overview.
Despite the defects this is a complete one off piece that’s been hand crafted (possibly by Sun Ra himself!) and is incredibly scarce. Please feel free to contact me for any further info if required.
