Description
From ‘91 this is Doves in their original Sub Sub incarnation with the thumping breakbeat/ rave/hardcore/old skool stormer, ‘Space Face‘.
Subsequently signed to Ten Records (a copy of that sold on eBay recently for £56), this is a copy of the band’s own unbelievably rare original white label (JAJ 001) version 12".
With its trademark Space Odyssey, 2001 'My God, it's full of stars' sample, this was properly cut to run over the full 12” of vinyl and sounds far punchier than the 10 Recs release.
A side: ‘Space Face‘, c/w ‘Ekto-Jam-Sub’. Vinyl is in excellent condition (a few light visual marks, nothing audible), plain sleeve.
