Description

One of my clients is starting the tedious process (for ME) of cleaning out his record collection.  He's your typical OCD high end audio consumer, most of his stuff is in VG+ or better condition with a few caveats.  ALL of these LP's have a black marker "X" on the front- to him it denoted the LP had been cleaned thoroughly and was ready to play.  Seems redundant since they ALL have the X, but it wasn't my decision to put it on or not.  All of these albums are in played condition but not abused or worn out.  Some may or may not have random clicks or pops, that is the nature of LP's after all isn't it?  Unless noted, NONE are warped or have other visual flaws.  Owner has played these and claims they all play perfectly.  No guarantee of quality is made or implied, we've done that in the past and gotten returns that were obviously NOT the record I shipped.  All Sales Are Final in other words.  We don't sell junk unless we TELL you it is such.  None of these are junk, merely used.

Shipping notes for records only- One or five will ship at the same price.  Box size will be 13x13x2 or so.  Pack it full and save money on shipping, for multiples add $1.00 for each additional item to get close to the actual shipping cost.  Actual cost will be determined at the end of your buying spree.

This item is for the Sheffield Labs TLP-1000 The Moscow Sessions Three Record Collector's Set of Sheffield Lab's Recording triumph in Russia.  Lawrence Leighton Smith and Dmitri Kitayenko conducting the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra.

International buyers especially- shippers  now REQUIRE double boxing for payment of damage claims, so add an extra $20 for the bigger outer box and all the packing materials to the freight quote if you desire the double box!

BTW- If you want this, please don't just watch it, start the bidding so I know there is real interest.  Otherwise it might end up being canceled and you'll miss out.  When Canceled or removed the items go to the recycle station!  If you need it, bid the open which often barely covers the listing cost!

The freight calculator will only show UPS charges for both US and international sales.  See the fine print for our USPS or mail policy. We only use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail- if it fits, it ships so this will fit in the large box.  Combining small items is easy and cheap, usually add $1 or so for each additional lightweight item in the same box. Electronics components ship in individual boxes so there is no freight savings.

As always, you will determine the value of this item, the open is low and you can have some fun bidding on it and maybe get a bargain!

The Fine Print, please read it, the terms might be important.  I get really annoyed when asked a question that is clearly answered in this section.  Take the time to read it.  Please.  And read all the way to the end because that is where the updates are posted.  Some of this seems rude or redundant, but that is because we are asked the same questions over and over so I try to answer them ahead of time.  Perhaps YOUR question is answered here, so read it and understand it.  Maybe somebody else already asked it too and the answer is at the bottom.  Check it out.

Now we only accept PayPal.  We do not accept any other electronic payments or credit cards.  We do not accept personal checks for any item.  All Sales Are Final and items are sold “As Is and Shown.”  Call 480)946-8128 Tuesday>Friday 12-6 MST, or email (eainc1017@qwestoffice.net) with questions before bidding.  Email is NOT replied to on Sunday and Monday.  Invoices are sent on Tuesday after the sale closes.  Please be patient, it will come.  Payment must be received within 10 (ten!) days of invoice date or item will be re-listed with Negative Feedback Posted, and a Non-Performance complaint filed with eBay!  No Excuses!  Don’t bid if you can’t pay!  If your computer crashes all the time, print the description of the item and CALL!  Repeat: There are no excuses to not start closing procedure in 3 (three) days and conclude the transaction in 14 (fourteen) days!  Local pickup is allowed, sales tax must be collected.

As Is and Shown means: All items are tested unless mentioned otherwise.  Electronics, due to time and age, are prone to failure from rough handling during shipment.  All items are sold AS-IS and shown.  We make no guarantee that they will work after shipment.  MOST will, some will die from parts being shaken, broken or jarred during shipment and because of age they can fail.  Keep in mind that the older it is or the more heat it generated during use, the more prone it is to failure.  I wish this wasn't the truth, but we have had too many items work perfectly here at the store and fail shortly after being shipped.  The freight company wants little or nothing to do with these kinds of claims either, so we have been forced to put this disclaimer of all items being sold with NO GUARANTEE back in the listings.

Speaking of feedback- it is useless for us to post it with the new regulations for seller.  So we have quit posting feedback.  It has become meaningless.

We will never give out the serial number of any piece of gear before the auction closes.  Don't be stupid and ask me to make an exception.  We have valid legal reasons for refusing.  Period.  If you must have a serial number, we will give you all but the last two digits which will be specified as "nn" and it will NOT be included in the listing.

If there is no Buy It Now please don't ask us to add it.  Most of our sellers and buyers want the fun of an auction and the thrill of seeing where it will end up.  Don't ask us to add a Buy It Now.  It is not possible to do so once the auction has started.

Both in country and international Items under 1# can be shipped USPS Priority mail normally for $6.50 or so Postage & Handling.  We do NOT mail any other items!  YOU must calculate USPS shipping charges, we won't.  (I truly HATE using the post office.)  Insurance is included on all items.  All other items, basically those that are Heavy, large or expensive, are shipped by UPS and actual rate is calculated at auction end, the eBay calculator is an estimate ONLY.  We often include the item weight if available in description so you can estimate shipping charges.  The eBay freight calculator asks us for the weight and size of the box and the origination zip code.  The calculator in the listing is based on posted UPS rate charts.  We don’t set the rates, so don’t complain to me about how much it will cost to ship your new toy.  Double boxing is HIGHLY recommended and usually runs $12-15 EXTRA for most A/V gear.  Remember, Shipping, Handling and Insurance is not included in sales price on any item.  International bidders take note: Make shipping and payment arrangements BEFORE bidding!  We reserve the right to cancel international bids if there are too many hassles involved in shipping! We do NOT ship international by postal service (USPS), please don't ask us to make an exception for YOU.  ALL International shipments must be double boxed and the eBay freight calculator should reflect this additional expense.
