We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. RARE VERY RARE hard to find 1970 ORIGINAL PRIVATE PRESS LP as indicated in the ACID ARCHIVES bible ....featuring the "original" analog frequencies...blowing away the thin sounding reissue....
A somewhat legendary Florida underground garagey hardrock blowout featuring young guitarist Alan Franklin with a small backing band on what sounds like an amphetamine spree. One to file next to Boa, Smokin' Willie and Stagefright for wild bonehead lo-fi realness.
What the Franklin EXPLOSION has in its favor is engagingly raw, garage-like production and performance (the high-end snare drums are especially unusual for the genre), as well as relative economy; there are no long solos to be found on the six short cuts on Side One. While the side long "Climax," is a bombastic frenzied fuzz-mania jammer that'll remind some of the RAW POWER & Translucent World LP's by 'Strange.' ...

This wild savage approach to hard rock blues is a combination of vicious jungle rock rhythms with very tight and lightening fast rhythm and lead progressions and a bass that goes right inside of you. The vocals are wild and insane yet loving and caressing. The sound that these four cats put out is so fantastic that you won't be able to turn it off. This is a new sound, a sound as wild and free as the Climax itself. For the Climax is made up of four rebellious wild fanatical musicians who literally go insane on stage, causing riots at every performance. People are going all the way with the Blues Climax. If you like hard rock music then you will love the Blues Climax.
