"Pusmort Sampler" 7" Vinyl Single + 2 7" Flexi Discs!

This is an original copy of this super rare 1989 7" from Pushead! This was the 2nd 7" released on his Pusmort label (PUS 007-02), The mail-order edition also included a bonus 3-song flexi. And a very few other copies (100?) included a free Thrasher magazine flexi of Attitude Adjustment! This one's got all 3!!
