Description

RAMA RLP 1001 Dark blue label with silver text, deep groove. 12 tracks composed by Sharon, piano. Also includes Lucky Thompson, tenor sax; Eddie Costa, vibes; Joe Puma, guitar; Osie Johnson, drums; Oscar Pettiford, bass. Fine modern jazz. Rare.

Cover: VG(-) Top edge has completely split. Both top and bottom corners of the spine have split. The spine shows some additional wear and has scotch tape along the entire edge. Bottom edge appears intact but with some wear. Very light aging on the back cover. Gloss finished front cover.

Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. There are 2 samll, light surface rub marks that are barely visible and do not effect the sound. There is some short intervals of light, static-like groove noise and a vey few clicks. A few short passages have slightly more noise. The passages are short and infrequent. The noise described is likely to be in the pressing judging from the clean appearance of the vinyl. Most of the record plays with no noise. Audibly checked.
