Up for auction is a test pressing of Radio Birdman's Radio's Appear 1978 export pressing. The export pressing differs from the original in that the arrangement is different and includes the tracks "What Gives", "Non Stop Girls", "Aloha Steve & Danno", "You're Gonna Miss Me", and "Hit Them Again" and is missing the tracks "T.V. Eye" and "Love Kills".

When I found this record it was in a box of vinyl at a yard sale without a cover. It was covered in dust and only had a scrap of a sleeve to protect it. After purchasing it and cleaning it up I gave it a spin and identified it with the help of the Shazam phone App. Its now safely housed in a sleeve and a generic cover. Due to the track titles I have identified it as the export version but am given very little information to identify which country it came from. The Matrix/Runout#'s are SRK-1-6050-LW-1 and SRK-2-6050-LW-1 with a J.6. engraved on both sides as well as a "masterdisk" stamp (export copies were mastered at Masterdisk NYC).

Vinyl grading is VG with several light scratches and scuffs. You can hear static and some pops during the intro or outro of songs and between tracks. There is one scratch that you can feel with a fingernail and hear as a light pop (side 2), and a noticeable scuff on side 1 that does not effect play. Considering this was filthy and naked in a cardboard box in a basement or garage for the last 40 years I feel it has cleaned up nicely and plays well. All used LP’s are safely shipped out of the cover, in its inner sleeve, secured in a sealed plastic outer sleeve. I am a collector so I pack and ship in the fashion that I would like to receive.
