This album features solo artist and group from the New Orleans area. Entitled "Roots:Rhythm And Blues',it was released in mono on Folkways RBF 20 in 1966. Recorded at Cosimo's studio it contains everything from doo wop to soul to standard New Orleans fare. Especially nice is the Queenettes who sing knockout versions of "Maybe" and "Don't Mistreat At Me"". This is one of the finest albums put out by the Folkways label. Vinyl grades at vg++ to vg+++ with excellent gloss and one or two very light scuffs and it plays fine too. Cover is vg++ with light wear on the front and back. It comes with a biogaphical booklet  which has a water stain. I am going to start off with a higher than usual minimum due to its/' rarity and fine sound.  Money back guarantee  if not completely satisfied.
