This item is a limited edition #3492.  It is about 30 years old, and well-kept.  The records are in excellent condition to like-new condition.

All of the titles are accounted for.  Each record is hand-etched with "MSFL," and comes with a plastic sleeve and a white protective card.

The top and bottom of the album jackets have some slight wear from contact with box.  The corners of the album sleeves appear to show the most wear.  The box has normal wear and some light scratches from storage.

Includes the original documents/books and a sealed envelope (we are not sure exactly what is enclosed).

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction.  If payment isn't received within this time period, the order may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

All purchases terminating within the State of California will be charged sales tax.  This includes all pick-ups.  If you would like to pick-up this item, please call us to have the shipping charge removed from your invoice.

Our preferred form of payment is Paypal.  You can also make credit card payments via Paypal.

Shipping:

Shipping charges cover: carrier cost, box & padding, and insurance.

Items are shipped out within 3 business days (M-F) after payment confirmation.  Fragile, bulky, or heavy items may take longer.  We will ship to U.S. addresses ONLY (must match credit card bill or Paypal-registered).  Signature confirmation is automatically required for shipment over $250.  We will not ship internationally.

We typically ship via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.  Please be aware that Fedex or UPS do not deliver to PO Box.  We reserve the right to change/choose the shipping carrier at any time.

Flat-rate shipping, if offered, is only available within the lower 48 states.   The quoted shipping cost is for transit between our location and New York.  If you live elsewhere, or close to us, please call us before making your payment because we may be able to lower your shipping cost.

If item is damaged during shipping, please call us within 48 hours of receiving it.  Do not throw away any packaging.  The claims process may take between 10-21 business days.  Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.

If you've purchased multiple items, call us before making your payment. We may be able to do combined shipping.

Local/in-store pick-up is available for most of our items and is usually free.  Pick-up is ONLY available at this store (unless otherwise noted).  You must pay for the item before picking it up.  To avoid paying shipping charges, please call us to have it removed prior to making your payment.  All local pick-ups will be charged applicable sales tax.  Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 business days of the end of auction.  Otherwise, the item will be treated as unwanted and will be disposed of in any manner we see fit.

Returns:

An item is eligible to be returned if it has been grossly misrepresented (or not as described).  To do this, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (626) 584-0844 or click on the "Ask a question" link on the auction page.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable.
