RARE 6 x LP Led Zeppelin – Remastered Box Set - Near MINT Condition
Up for auction here is a very rare original German pressing of the 6 x LP Vinyl Box Set by Led Zeppelin from 1990 made specifically for the UK market . Presented in an open top box with a booklet. I have played the LPs only once with a high quality cartridge. The whole set really is in near mint condition - there is no damage to anything or any marks or scratches!
It has been extremely well looked after and has been in my prized collection since I purchased it from HMV Records in Oxford Street in 1990!
All tracks are digitally remastered by Jimmy Page &George Marino in 1990. Includes some previously unreleased material.
The whole package is in near mint condition as follows:
LPs: Played only once, no scratches, some minor dust that was unavoidable when removing to check condition
LP Dust Sleeves: Excellent Condition, no tears or marks, only slight creases from where the vinyl has made it's mark over time which is inevitable.
Box: Near mint, very very minor surface blemish that is hardly noticeable. Inside, when manufactured, a soft foam padding was inserted and placed with glue. It is fact that over time, these materials disintegrate and being over 23 years old, I had to remove the foam and have not glued anything else in place so as not to damage the pack. I have inserted a free floating peice of foam to keep the LPs in place that will not cause any damage.
Booklet: NEVER opened so no creases and mint condition
Catalogue No: 7567-82144-1.
This is the original UK 6 LP box set, very RARE as it’s the one manufactured in Germany specifically for the UK market.
