Dawn DNS.1005. Very rare stock copy of the Quiet World single featuring Steve Hackett. It should be noted that this is the only Quiet World Dawn single which actually features Steve Hackett on it. The slightly later PYE singles do not feature his work, which is a mistake sometimes made by collectors. How do I know this? I asked the man himself about 5 years ago!
So here is a rare chance to own this piece of Genesis history. Steve Hackett’s only proper commercial single release prior to his joining Genesis.
Condition: Disc: EX+ (per record collector grading system).
This is a really nice copy, there is the faintest of superficial marking in a couple of areas on the disc but overall it looks to have received very little actual play. There is a very small smudge of some kind on the B side label (Love is walking) which shows up on the photos – it is however extremely superficial. Fantastic copy overall.
