LP is in very good condition, there are a few surface marks which I don't believe will affect play.
Cover has some browning, black scuffs on back side, and signs of wear.  The corners are a little pinched and worn, and a damaged spot to the spine (see 1st photo, mid-down the spine) .
White sleeve for LP is browned and creased.
