LP is in good condition, there are a few surface marks which I don't believe will affect play.
Cover has some browning, black scuffs, and signs of wear. The corners are a little pinched and worn, and it looks like a sticker was peeled off on outside front bottom cover taking a little of the cover with it.
White sleeve for LP is browned/creased/torn in lousy shape.
