Paul Mccartney Back To The Egg Picture Disc
Offered for sale is this extremely rare and immaculate 1979 picture disc in original picture sleeve.
Disc itself - immaculate
Picture sleeve - excellent
Only 200 of these were pressed for the launch of the LP and 100 were given out to family friends and mpl staff. It is well documented that other 100 were to be given out at the launch but were lost by a trusted staff member who left them in a taxi and were never recovered making this arguably the rarest Mccartney collectible out there.
Record is numbered PCTC 257 and the run out grooves feature the unique markings “Nick W” and “Nick” on both sides and YEX numbers in the run outs which prove the items authenticity (please see pictures).
