incredible piece of history here. hank harrison wrote the book we all know with the flying eyeball on the cover, called The Dead. this came waaaaaaaay before that, and it's a book called The Dead Book. it came out in 1973. this second printing has a 2-sided soundpage of the grateful dead playing at an acid test with neal cassady rapping over them at the straight theater, september 1967.
