There are no flaws to the Gatefold Sleeve ! The spine is not worn, there are no creases, no damaged corners, no edge wear, no wear or feathering to the opening edge, no seam splits, no writings, no stamps, no ageing, no discoloration, no tears, no dirt and the colours are sharp and flawless, ...etc... I.E. These comments apply to ALL of the Sleeve ; The Gatefold Sleeve is in pristine, as purchased new, virtual MINT condition)...

THE 2 STICKERS :

The 2 FasPrint Stickers are in EX+ or fairly near Mint condition because there are a couple of minor trivial corner creases ! ...other than mentioning this, there is no age wear, they retain their full colours and are otherwise in essentially perfect condition ! ...

THE BLACK DIE-CUT POLY-LINED 'CUSTOM' INNER SLEEVE : 

Is in Excellent + near Perfect condition, (i.e. it has no bad or serious problems, no tears or bad age wear, etc... a perfectly presentable original inner sleeve !)...

The Vinyl is in NEAR MINT condition...

THE VINYL :

The Vinyl is clean and maintains it's original luster and shine... The play is Excellent and it has clearly been well looked after... There are no scratches, no scuffs, no hairlines or bad marks seen under bright light... intense srutiny reveals very slight evidence of maybe having been taken out of the inner sleeve a few times at most, but this is insignificant and only mentioned for the sake of being exact ! ...There is only 1 light superficial spindle trace near the centre spindle hole, on the side 1 label ! ...there is just the very slightest and lightest hint of very minor, hardly heard, background 'static' ; only heard very occasionally and only at a couple of points, on the very quieter parts - but only if specifically and intensely listened for, (certainly not a listening problem ! you can get this on 'brand new' vinyl ; it's nothing really !)... Overall, the listening pleasure is wonderful, clear and as near perfect as it gets with 'analogue' sound ! ...SUPERB 'sound' quality ! ...There are no pops, no clicks, no ticks, no jumps, no sticking, no hiss, no distortion, no bad or serious crackle and generally no wear or groove wear... overall wonderful and clear sound quality ! ...There is no actual wear to the centre spindle hole and the record has obviously been played very little ! ...The labels, as advised, are in Perfect condition ! ...

The Album is essentially in SUPERB condition and is as I've described it !!! ...

As such, THE VINYL must grade as being in at least EXCELLENT + or fairly NEAR MINT condition ! ...The Album plays beautifully ! ...It's probably best described as being in as near to 'New' as it gets on a NEAR MINT condition graded album !!! ...(no problems - it plays clearly and as it should ; enjoyable listening !) ... 

THE TWO POSTERS :

The 2 POSTERS are in Pristine, Near MINT condition with no tears, etc... no wear, no bad problems, no pin holes, no cellotape or cellotape marks, (i.e. unhung !)... They are carefully folded the way they originally came ! ...They are uncreased and are probably best described as being in 'as purchased new' Near or Virtual MINT condition...

With regard to my above comments and in respect to an overall grade :
