Up for auction is G&T GC-37937, a 10-inch acoustic 78rpm record, French pressing.
Violinist Pablo de Sarasate plays:
Zapateado by Sarasate himself on side 1, side 2 is blank.
Condition: very nice E- copy. Label has a tax stamp on it.
Grading scale: N, E, VG, G (+ or - signs will modify the basic grade for slightly better or worse).
Shipping: shellac 78s are placed between squares of cardboard, bound with tape, then floated in styrofoam in the box. This method of packing has proved extremely effective over the years for shipping fragile shellac 78s.
