Description
Original/authentic Red Wax 45 RPM The Pelicans on Parrot 793. Song titles are: Aurelia b/w White Cliffs Of Dover. The trail-off/run-out area reads as follows: 45 P-53127 298 and 45 P-53128 298 with no other markings. The condition needs to be determined from the pictures and I have not played either side. There is a scratch on the Aurelia side (shown in the fifth picture) that can be felt with your fingernail and will, most likely, cause clicks and pops. It may also cause skipping on some turntables. The rest of the record has a lot of hairline and paper scratches which will also cause noise. It does not show any signs of jukebox wear so, the general quality of the sound should be good. I guarantee this record to be an original 1953 U.S. red wax pressing. I will be happy to provide further pictures and/or examination if you need any additional clarification.

I played and recorded both side and they both played through completely. The clips were recorded from this record. There is a scratch on the Aurelia side (shown in the fifth picture) that can be felt with your fingernail and does cause clicks and pops but no skipping. The White Cliffs of Dover side played through with a minimum of noise as can be heard in the clip. The rest of the record has a lot of hairline and paper scratches which causes some noise. I guarantee this record to be an original 1953 U.S. red wax pressing based on "298" in the numbers on both sides.
