Beautiful, perfect copy of the mega rare Neutral Milk Hotel debut 7" ("Everything Is" b/w "Snow Song Pt 1") from 1994 on Cher Doll Records. This promo copy comes with a handwritten letter by Jeff Mangum and a handmade press kit, plus all original inserts. Truly a one-of-a-kind item!!

Both sleeve and vinyl is NM!
