NOTE : All LP’s have been cleaned and played through both sides (except where Mint) to determine an accurate grading as possible. If anything I have graded this album on the safe side as collectors will always have slightly different interpretations on quality. An outstanding copy of this prog- slightly psych hard rock monster 'live' album from The Masters and this 1st pressing is easily their most difficult LP to find.
What you get here is seriously awesome guitar-driven hard rock with some blues-rock mixed in ... sort of a Zeppelin style heavy-blues is close to the mark.
Five of the six tracks here are unique to this album, the exception being "Because I Love You".
'Live' efforts often produce a mixed bag of results however they stay true to form resulting in an exceptional final offering from this seminal Aussie band.
CONDITION : see 10 photos above.
Vinyl : lightly played and well cared for. Tracks along superbly with no pops or skips and a bright clean sound throughout. Side 1 is clean and Side 2 shows a couple of faint marks that show up under a bright halogen light .... very difficult to fault at all really. Retains all of its original shine and with magnificent and near perfect reproduction. Worthy of an EX+ grading and you would be doing very well to find a better copy.
Labels : Clean with some very light spindle marks that one has to look hard for to detect.
Sleeve : No writing. No splits. No Creasing. The spine is intact ( near new ) and the corners are square. A very tidy laminated front cover. A little, and not unexpected, outside-edge ring-wear on the non-laminated back along with some minor handling stains though considering its age and again being white this is certainly a most pleasing jacket and more than acceptable for this rarity.
