Description
MIKE OLDFIELD: 1972 - 1984, Special Club Edition (Box Set). Ultra rare Swedish 1987/88 13 LP box set, cat. no. 15-5093, released in very limited quantities, the box including 11 albums (2 doubles), 13 LPs in total. In 20 years of record-seaching, I have NEVER seen another copy of this box. As there were no swedish Mike Oldfield LPs produced at the time, LPs were imported from the UK & Germany for this ultra limited box set compilation. The LPs in picture 6 are all UK pressings, all dating 1986/1987 (inners are dated). The rest are German-pressed (picture 8), dating from the same period. This is how this rare box was compiled. This is one of the VERY rarest Mike Oldfield related item in the world!
BOX itself is VG++; edges, corners and hinge mechanish all excellent. A few white bump-mark on front, see pics. Hard to find much better. Barely any storage wear on lower edge.
ALL vinyls are Nr MINT, all probably unplayed. 2 covers have barely visible upper seam splits (2cm and 4 cm), otherwise these covers are near perfect.
This box will be packed in a very special way, with bubble-wrap inserted into box; with LPs out of sleeves. Nothing will be able to move inside of it. Outside box will be wrapped in 3 layers of bubble-wrap before being put into a box, which will recieve additional ultra strong corner protection. Your investment will be safe from harm in transit. If buyer requests it I can pack this box with LPs out of box alltogether, but package will be very large! It's up to the winner.

GRADINGS
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
I play-grade parts of or whole LPs to determine the actual sound-quality of the item. Palygrading is done on a quality system with an Linn LP12 as the main source.
SHIPPING
I SHIP IN BAND NEW CRUCIFORM shipping boxes with stiffeners & extra corner protection always added. .The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit.
