Description

10th STREET RECORDS

 

COVER CONDITION: VG due to light wear to corners and sheen on cover. A very nice cover. 

RECORD CONDITION: (strong)G+ w/ many scattered hairlines and scratches w/ a few feelables. Nothing deep. 

PLAYBACK CONDITION: VG w/ light to moderate background noise here and there. Still a very enjoyable listen. Early 2nd pressing without NY23 address on one side of label. Equally as rare and pressed within months of the 1st press.  

All records are examined and graded under proper lighting. Most have been quickly played to ensure sound quality.

Grading scale follows: NM/VG++/VG+/VG/VG-/G+/G/G-/P

Grading system closely follows Goldmine grading scale. NM will only be used on items that are unopened.
