Vinyl, EX Plus. Superb. 
The sleeve is EX++. The best copy I have seen. SEE PICS. 

Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
