Vinyl, EX plus plus. SUPERB.
The sleeve is superb. You will struggle to find a better copy. SEE PICS. 

Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
