Description

Up for bids is an Original Master Recording (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) audiophile vinyl album of Led Zeppelin II! You will be hard pressed to find a nicer copy of this edition.  The album itself is as nice as it was the day I bought it new around 1982. It had not been played for about  27 years until I listened recently on a pair of high end headphones to check it and it does sound fantastic. There are no scratches and the album is perfectly flat. If you listen intently, you will hear an occasional small pop or tick, but those are inherent to the medium and they are few and far between on this audiophile album. There are no marks whatsoever on the album. It looks like it is brand new. In fact, it has only been played a handful of times as I would record my albums onto cassettes to preserve the original. The album cover is also as good as it gets. No scuffs or scratches on that either.  I photographed the corners to show the condition. So you get the idea - this is a really nice copy. The whole thing has been stored in the original plastic sleeve (which of course shows wear) in a heated/cooled closet in my home (not attic, basement, garage, or self storage unit).  The album will be wrapped and shipped in an oversized box to make sure it arrives safely.
